To validate eligibility, first degree family members must provide appropriate documentation such as an EID or marriage certificate. xCube may require additional verification if needed. In case of eligibility based on relationship, the client must provide an email confirming the relationship using their Esaad Card.

2. Discount Amount: The discount is up to 20% of the total brokerage fees.

3. Verification: Esaad Cardholders and their eligible family members must provide xCube with the required documentation to verify their eligibility for the discount.

4. Expiry: Esaad Cardholders and their eligible family members must provide xCube with a copy of their new Esaad Card upon expiry to continue receiving the discount.

5. Changes: xCube reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount offer at any time without prior notice.
